Mental Health Nutrition

las lobas wolf

Mental health nutrition is the art and science of using supplements and nutrition to balance your biochemistry. This can help to reduce or even eliminate symptoms such as anxiety, depression, substance and food cravings, insomnia, racing or obsessive thoughts, mood swings, general overwhelm / low energy / blah-ness, and more!

When you register for a workshop or purchase a three session package, your confirmation email will come from Stephanie Small. If you do not receive a confirmation email when making a registration or purchase, please check your spam folder.

**Please note that mental health nutrition services are self-pay only; Medicaid does not cover mental health nutrition.

Mental Health Nutrition Workshops

All workshops will be delivered via an online platform. When you register, you will be sent a link to access the live workshop. Participants will also receive recordings that will be accessible for one month.

Those with marginalized identities who are in financial need are welcome to message us directly at hello@laslobasdelcorazon.com. We have a limited number of scholarship spots available for each workshop.

Three Session Mental Health Nutrition Education package

$180

Looking for something more customized than our workshops? Let us guide you through your personalized mental health nutrition journey in a safe, informed, and exciting way with our three session package.

Session 1: You are what you eat – but you REALLY are what you absorb! Do you struggle with constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach pain, skin issues? Did you know there’s a direct connection between your digestion and mental health? You’ll receive education on how to support your digestion for optimal mood, sleep, energy, and focus, tailored to your specific needs. (If digestive problems aren’t applicable to you, we’ll spend more time on integrative nutrition and how to balance brain chemicals naturally).

Session 2: Overwhelmed by all of the conflicting nutrition advice out there? Never fear – in this session we’ll share our “eating for mental health” holistic nutrition philosophy with you. And because there truly is no one-size-fits-all diet, we will also show you how to connect to your own intuition so that you can be the ultimate authority by identifying your body’s specific needs.

Session 3: Healing digestion and eating for optimal mental health can go a VERY long way in combating depression, anxiety, insomnia and more. But sometimes it’s not quite enough. In this session you will learn how to boost brain health by supporting neurotransmitter production naturally using supplements and nutrition.

If you’re tired of or disillusioned with the limitations of our conventional medical system, but can’t afford to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to see naturopathic practitioners, these designed-to-be-affordable packages are for you. Empower yourself by learning powerful and simple holistic health interventions.
